Khoa được thành lập mới 13/7/2022
- Từ 7/2022 – /9/2022. Phụ trách khoa PGS. TS Dương Hồng Thái
- Từ 10/2022. Đến nay phụ trách khoa Ths. Bs Nguyễn Thị Thu Thủy.
6. Cơ cấu tổ chức:
6.1. Quá trình phát triển của khoa:
- Quá trình thành lập:
Khoa Nội soi Bệnh viện Trung Ương Thái Nguyên được thành lập theo quyết định số 1176/QĐ - BV ngày 13 tháng 7 năm 2022 của Giám đốc Bệnh viện Trung ương Thái Nguyên. Nhân sự khi mới thành lập khoa gồm có 14 cán bộ viên chức (trong đó có 3 bác sĩ, 11 điều dưỡng). Khoa có cơ sở vật chất ở tầng 3 nhà Khoa Khám bệnh.
Chức năng, nhiệm vụ:
· Nội soi chẩn đoán các bệnh lý ống tiêu hóa, đường mật tụy
· Can thiệp điều trị các bệnh lý tiêu hóa dưới hướng dẫn nội soi
· Can thiệp điều trị các bệnh lý về mật tụy qua nội soi
· Đào tạo, nghiên cứu khoa học và chỉ đạo tuyến
Các nhóm chuyên môn:
Bệnh viện Trung Ương Thái Nguyên là bệnh viện hạng đặc biệt. Có nhiệm vụ khám chữa bệnh cho nhân dân Thái Nguyên cũng như các tỉnh miền núi phía Bắc. Bệnh viện là nơi thực hành cho sinh viên trường Y Dược Thái Nguyên. Do vậy trong lĩnh vực Nội soi tiêu hóa, chúng tôi không ngừng học tập nghiên cứu, ưu tiên phát triển các kỹ thuật chuyên môn sâu như nội soi chẩn đoán ung thư sớm, điều trị cắt hớt niêm mạc ống tiêu hóa….
6.2. Tình hình nhân lực hiện nay
Khoa Nội soi có 14 cán bộ viên chức trong đó:
- Thạc sĩ Bác sỹ: 03
- Cử nhân Điều Dưỡng: 03
- Cao đẳng Điều Dưỡng: 08
6.3. Trang thiết bị y tế:
Được sự quan tâm của Đảng ủy, Ban Giám đốc Bệnh viện, khoa Nội soi từng bước được đầu tư trang thiết bị y tế ngày càng chuyên nghiệp với công nghệ hiện đại, công suất lớn, cấu hình cao, tạo được niềm tin của các bác sỹ lâm sàng và người bệnh khi đến khám và điều trị bệnh.
7. Hoạt động chuyên môn
Công tác chẩn đoán, điều trị bệnh đang là ưu thế của khoa trong lĩnh vực nội soi, từ nội soi chẩn đoán đến nội soi điều trị với các hệ thống máy nội soi hiện đại nhất của Nhật đang được sử dụng cùng nhiều kĩ thuật thăm dò đã trở thành thường quy như nội soi dạ dày, đại tràng gây mê, cắt polyp ống tiêu hóa, lấy dị vật ống tiêu hóa, tiêm kẹp clip cầm máu ổ loét dạ dày hành tá tràng, thắt tĩnh mạch thực quản, nội soi chẩn đoán ung thư sớm, nội soi cắt hớt niêm mạc đường tiêu hóa điều trị ung thư sớm… Những kĩ thuật trên đã góp phần quan trọng trong quá trình chẩn đoán và điều trị cho bệnh nhân bị bệnh về đường tiêu hóa được tốt hơn và giúp cho người bệnh vượt qua cơn bệnh hiểm nghèo, tránh khỏi các cuộc phẫu thuật nặng nề.

8. Hoạt động khác
Bên cạnh việc thực hiện nhiệm vụ chuyên môn khoa còn cử cán bộ tham gia khám sức khỏe cho các đối tượng cán bộ viên chức, công nhân, học sinh, sinh viên học tập và làm việc trên địa bàn và các tỉnh trong khu vực. Đặc biệt các đoàn viên thanh niên còn tham gia khám sức khỏe tình nguyên cho các đối tượng thuộc các xã vùng sâu vùng xa, người có công với cách mạng.
9. Phương hướng phát triển
Trong thời gian tới ngoài việc duy trì những kỹ thuật đang áp dụng như nội soi gây mê, nội soi can thiệp sẽ triển khai thêm những kĩ thuật mới và đưa vào hoạt động thường quy, nội soi dạ dày cửa sổ bên, chẩn đoán ung thư dạ dày đại tràng sớm qua nội soi. Nhằm đáp ứng với nhu cầu khám chữa bệnh ngày càng cao của nhân dân, khoa sẽ tiếp tục phát huy hơn nữa những thành tích đã đạt được khắc phục những tồn tại yếu kém để đẩy mạnh công tác khám chữa bệnh và chăm sóc sức khỏe cho nhân dân, nhằm tiến tới mục tiêu nâng cao chất lượng khám chữa bệnh cũng như sự hài lòng của người bệnh đối với nhân viên y tế và bệnh viện, sánh vai ngang hàng với các bệnh viện hàng đầu trong cả nước.

5. Leadership throughout different terms:
The department was newly established on July 13, 2022.
From July 2022 to September 2022, the department was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duong Hong Thai and Head Nurse Nong Van Duong.
Since October 2022, the department has been lead by Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy.

The personnel at the time of establishment of the department consisted of 14 staff members (including 3 doctors and 11 nurses). The department is located on the 3rd floor of the Outpatient Department building.

· Endoscopic diagnosis of gastrointestinal and pancreatic diseases
· Interventional treatment of gastrointestinal diseases under endoscopic guidance
· Interventional treatment of pancreatic diseases via endoscopy

With the attention of the Party Committee, the Hospital Management Board, the Endoscopy Department has been gradually invested in medical equipment, becoming more professional with modern technology, large capacity, and high configuration, gaining the trust of clinical doctors and patients when they come for examination and treatment."
7. The development process of the department

- Specialized groups:
Thai Nguyen Central Hospital is a special-grade hospital. It has the responsibility to provide medical examination and treatment for the people of Thai Nguyen as well as the northern mountainous provinces. The hospital serves as a training ground for students from Thai Nguyen Medical University. Therefore, in the field of gastrointestinal endoscopy, we continuously engage in learning and research, prioritizing the development of specialized techniques such as early cancer diagnosis through endoscopy, endoscopic mucosal resection of the gastrointestinal tract, etc.
8. Main activities
Diagnostic and therapeutic work is currently the focus of the department in the field of endoscopy, from diagnostic endoscopy to therapeutic endoscopy with the most advanced endoscopic systems from Japan being used alongside many routine techniques such as esophagogastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy with sedation, polypectomy of the gastrointestinal tract, foreign body removal from the gastrointestinal tract, hemostatic clip placement for bleeding ulcers in the stomach and duodenum, variceal ligation, early cancer diagnosis through endoscopy, endoscopic mucosal resection for early cancer treatment of the gastrointestinal tract, etc. These techniques have played an important role in the diagnosis and treatment process for patients with gastrointestinal diseases, improving their condition and helping them overcome severe illnesses, avoiding major surgeries.
9. Other activities
In addition to fulfilling the department's professional duties, staff members also participate in health examinations for various groups including officials, workers, students, and residents within the locality and surrounding provinces. Particularly, youth union members participate in voluntary health check-ups for people in remote areas, especially those who have contributed to the revolutionary cause.
10. Development direction
In the upcoming period, in addition to maintaining current techniques such as sedation endoscopy and interventional endoscopy, new techniques will be introduced and incorporated into routine practice, such as endoscopic window gastroscopy, early diagnosis of esophageal and colorectal cancer through endoscopy. To meet the increasing demand for healthcare services, the department will continue to build on its achievements, address existing weaknesses, and strengthen healthcare and patient care services, aiming to improve the quality of healthcare services and patient satisfaction with medical staff and the hospital, standing shoulder to shoulder with leading hospitals nationwide.
