Tập thể khoa Cơ Xương Khớp

Khoa Cơ xương khớp tiền thân là khoa Nội Tim mạch- Cơ Xương  Khớp, được thành lập vào ngày 02/05/2014. Đến nay đã đi vào hoạt động được 10 năm với 9 bác sĩ và 12 điều dưỡng. Với chức năng nhiệm vụ là khám và điều trị các bệnh lý Cơ Xương Khớp. 

Khoa hiện có 30 giường chỉ tiêu và 47 giường thực kê. Những ngày đầu mới thành lập khoa chỉ có 10- 20 bệnh nhân, nay lượng bệnh nhân điều trị mỗi ngày trung bình là 40- 50 bệnh nhân. Lượt khám bệnh ngoại trú trung bình là 50 lượt/ ngày. Khoa đã triển khai được nhiều kỹ thuật mang lại hiệu quả điều trị bệnh lý Cơ xương khớp cho người bệnh.

The predecessor of the Rheumatology Department is the Department of Cardiology and Rheumatology established on May 2, 2014. Through one decade of growth, now we have 9 doctors and 12 nurses. Our mission is to examine and treat rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.

The department currently has 30 target beds and 47 actual beds. In the early days, there were only 10-20 inpatients, up to now the average number of patients has been about 40-50 inpatients and 50 outpatients per day. The department also has deployed many effective treatment techniques for patients.

7.  Hoạt động chuyên môn:

- Khám và điều trị các bệnh lý Cơ Xương Khớp- Miễn dịch- Tự miễn

- Hiện tại khoa đã và đang triển khai được một số kỹ thuật như sau: 

+ Điều trị thuốc sinh học trong một số bệnh khớp viêm như: viêm khớp dạng thấp, viêm cột sống dính khớp, viêm khớp vảy nến…

+ Điều trị hóa chất trong một số bệnh miễn dịch- tự miễn: Lupus ban đỏ hệ thống, xơ cứng bì, viêm da cơ, viêm đa cơ, Siogren, viêm khớp dạng thấp, viêm cột sống dính khớp, viêm khớp vảy nến…

+ Siêu âm khớp 4D chẩn đoán và can thiệp điều trị dưới hướng dẫn siêu âm: Tiêm nội khớp, tiêm phần mềm cạnh khớp, tiêm ngoài màng cứng, tiêm nong khớp vai, hút dịch khớp gối, khớp vai, khớp háng, khớp khuỷu, khớp cổ chân, ổ áp xe phần mềm da, cơ…

+ Đo mật độ xương bằng máy DEXA chẩn đoán loãng xương.

+ Điều trị loãng xương bằng thuốc uống, tiêm, truyền tĩnh mạch.

+ Tiêm nội khớp Acid Hyaluronic ( HA) điều trị thoái hóa khớp gối, khớp háng, khớp vai.

+ Tiêm nội khớp và phần mềm cạnh khớp bằng các chế phẩm corticoid, huyết tương giàu tiểu cầu (PRP), Collagen

+ Sinh thiết da, cơ, xương, màng hoạt dịch.

+ Thực hiện mô hình quản lý các bệnh khớp viêm tự miễn.

+ Khám, quản lý các bệnh Cơ Xương Khớp ngoại trú.

+ Phòng tái khám tại khoa.

9. Thành tích nổi bật:

- Hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ hàng năm (Well-task annual completion)

- Nhận nhiều bằng khen của Bộ trưởng bộ Y tế qua các năm (Received many certificates of merit from the Minister of Health)

10. Phương hướng, định hướng phát triển :

Đào tạo (xây dựng) đội ngũ bác sĩ, điều dưỡng chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện, hướng tới sự hài lòng của người bệnh. 

Phát triển thêm kỹ thuật đo chỉ số khối cơ thể, dự đoán chiều cao của người dưới 20 tuổi.

Điều trị thoái hóa khớp và tổn thương phần mềm cạnh khớp bằng liệu pháp tiêm huyết tương giàu tiểu cầu phối hợp với Acid Hyaluronic và Fibrinogen.

Điều trị tế bào gốc trong thoái hóa khớp và phần mềm quanh khớp.

Kỹ thuật hút áp lực âm (VAC) trong điều trị nhiễm trùng khớp và phần mềm.

Thành lập câu lạc bộ bệnh nhân viêm khớp cột sống, viêm khớp dạng thấp, loãng xương, gút…

Tổ chức các hội thảo khoa học hàng tháng tại khoa và các hội thảo cấp bệnh viện. 

Tham gia nghiên cứu khoa học và báo cáo tại các hội nghị trong khu vực và toàn quốc.

Nhằm đáp ứng tối đa nhu cầu điều trị cho người bệnh. Phấn đấu trở thành một chuyên ngành nội khoa mũi nhọn trong bệnh viện. Là địa chỉ tin cậy cho nhân dân tỉnh Thái Nguyên và các tỉnh trong cả nước.

 Examination and treatment of autoimmune and rheumatic musculoskeletal diseases

- Currently, the department has been deploying several techniques as follows:

+ Biological therapy for the treatment of some autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis...

+ Chemotherapy to treat some autoimmune diseases: Systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, dermatomyositis, polymyositis, Siogren, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis …

+ Using 4D ultrasound for diagnosis and treatment: Intra-articular injection, Periarticular injections, epidural injection,...

+ Measuring bone density using a DEXA machine to diagnose osteoporosis.

+ Treatment osteoporosis with oral medications and intravenous infusions.

+ Intra-articular injection of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) to treat osteoarthritis of the knee, hip, and shoulder joints.

+ Intra-articular and Periarticular injections with corticosteroids, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), Collagen...

+ Biopsy of skin, muscle, bone, synovial membrane.

+ Management of autoimmune musculoskeletal diseases.

10. Our development orientation

Having been still building a professional and friendly team to best serve patients.

Developing more techniques such as: measuring body mass index and predicting the height of people under 20 years old; using platelet-rich plasma combined with hyaluronic acid/fibrinogen to treat osteoarthritis and periarticular diseases, using stem cells for treatment osteoarthritis; using vacuum-assisted closure (VAC)/negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) for difficult wounds.

Establish more patient clubs such as the rheumatoid arthritis patients club, and gout patients club,...

Promoting scientific activities: monthly scientific seminars at the department, hospital-level seminars, scientific research, and taking part in science conferences to best serve patients, and become a reliable address for patients who live inside and outside Thai Nguyen province.
