6. Cơ cấu tổ chức
6.1: Sơ lược quá trình phát triển của đơn vị, tổ chức.
Năm 1975 khoa Răng Hàm Mặt – Tai Mũi Họng được thành lập đã góp phần vào công tác khám chữa bệnh răng miệng cho nhân dân khu vực miền núi phía bắc. Để đáp ứng nhu cầu chăm sóc sức khỏe nhân dân trong tình hình mới và phát triển chuyên ngành sâu, năm 1980 khoa Răng Hàm Mặt chính thức được tách ra từ liên khoa RHM- TMH.
Bên cạnh nhiệm vụ khám chưa bệnh răng hàm mặt, nơi đây cũng là cơ sở thực hành của trường Đại học Y Dược Thái Nguyên. Tham gia trong công tác chỉ đạo tuyến về chuyên ngành Răng Hàm Mặt cho một số tỉnh miền núi phía bắc.

6.3: Các bộ phận khác.
* Khu vục điều trị nội trú: Điều trị, phẫu thuật chấn thương, bệnh lý và tạo hình hàm mặt
* Khu vực điều trị ngoại trú: Khám và điều trị các bệnh lý về Răng miệng và hàm mặt
* Phòng khám Răng Hàm Mặt Theo yêu cầu: Thực hiện khám, điều trị chuyên sâu phục hình răng giả, cấy ghép Implant, chỉnh nha khay trong suốt.

Thực hiện triển khai các kỹ thuật mới chuyên sâu phục vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe răng miệng nhân dân miền núi phía bắc.

6.1. Development History
The Odonto-stomatology - Otolaryngology Department was established in 1975, contributing to dental check-ups and treatment for populations in the northern mountainous areas. In 1980, the Department officially separated from the Odonto–Stomatology Department to improve the capacity for healthcare needs and develop an in-depth specialization.
This department is crucial for examining oral health, conducting maxillofacial surgery, and serving as a practical facility for medical students of the Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy. The Department of Odontology leads and supports the specialization of odontology in some northern mountainous provinces.
